Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion removes the upper most layers of facial skin with the use of a rapidly spinning wheel with a roughened surface similar to fine-grained sandpaper. This device gently abrades the skin to improve vertical wrinkles around the mouth, as well as acne scarring, aging, or scars resulting from an accident. It may be preformed on small areas or the entire face.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a non-aggressive technique designed to improve wrinkles and rejuvenate facial skin from aging and sun damage by using a device like a fine sandblaster that sprays tiny crystals across the skin’s surface. With gentle abrasion, the device suctions off the outer layer of skin to reveal younger, more refreshed skin and promotes the production of new cells in deeper skin layers. The procedure takes less than 30 minutes and requires no downtime. Multiple treatments may be suggested to reach optimal results.
