About Plastic Surgeon Dr. Kun Kim, M.D.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Kun Kim earned his MD degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and completed his post-graduate training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery & Facial Plastic Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. In 1995, Dr. Kim successfully concluded his U.S. Naval service as an attending physician and instructor at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital where he refined his skills in Caucasian and Asian facial plastic surgery and Otolaryngology (general ENT).

Since then, Dr. Kim has enjoyed a successful and well-respected practice in the Atlanta metro area with specific interest and expertise in Asian and non-Caucasian facial cosmetic surgery.

Though, Dr. Kim has an equal amount of experience with Caucasian patients, his extensive Asian facial plastic surgery experience qualifies him as one of the top experts in the field. He is fluent in English and Korean and his office staff provides translations in Spanish and Korean.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Kim is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, Metro Atlanta Otolaryngology Society, and the Medical Association of Georgia. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Kun Kim, intent on staying current on the most advanced techniques, takes approximately 40 hours of CME each calendar year.
